Description
Maltz Block from west, 1892, North Second Avenue, downtown Alpena, Michigan. Law Office on 2nd floor. Advertisement on outside wall for "A Big Whale" exhibition and the Herbert L. Flint Hypnotism Act. Jacob Levin Cigar Shop was located in this building. The Maltz Opera House (built 1879) is located in the center. The Alpena National Bank is at the left end of the block.
