- Oldfield Dam and Saw Mill on the Thunder Bay River, Alpena, Michigan, built 1863-1864, about 3/4 of a mile up from the mouth of the river, near Tenth Street. Later known as the Richardson Dam. The Ninth Street Dam was built just downstream from this dam.
