Description
The construction of the U.S. Federal Building. Taken from the northwest corner on March 13, 1912, looking toward the Thunder Bay River. Thunder Bay Milling Company is in the background on left. The steambarge STEPHEN C. HALL sits in the river. The HALL was built in 1880 and sold Canadian later in 1912.
