Dear Grandma, How are you all? We are all well in Alpena. Emma and baby are doing nicely. How is Mabel and her baby. Mother received a short note from Aunt Annie since the fire. We wired to asked if we could do something for them but received no answer. What do you hear from Aunt Annie? Good bye with love from Florence. We have had no rain and fire’s not far from Alpena.
