He may ask himself just what is involved when one is the assistant editor of a -college newspaper. Being the assistant editor of the Polemic this past year was no easy task . Having to put out eight issues may seem like nothing but you must stop to consider that there were only about 20 people to write articles. Tuition at Alpena Community College is $15 per semester hour for residents of the Alpena School District. Any student who does not reside in the Alpena School District or part_s of the in-service area, but is a Michigan resident is classified as out-of-service area and is expected to pay $26 per credit hour.
