- These three black and white photographs depict coverage of an Aug 18, 1951, crash involving a Detroit-bound Greyhound bus and a Goebel beer delivery truck near Squaw Bay (now Birdsong Bay) in Alpena, Michigan. Photographs are thought to have been captured by Spring Photo (Alpena, MI). This crash is the worst automobile accident to have happened in Alpena County, MI.
