I'm the great grandaughter of Captain Thompson the final owner of the SPORT. The Captain's middle name was Perry. Also, I'm not sure some dates are correct. I believe he purchased the tug in 1913. There are articles telling of the SPORT helping to identify the Mystery Ship (1913)From the Great Storm of 1913.
