Stoops This 1976-1977 school year in Wilson Hall has shown a marked decrease in violations and inci- dents requiring action by the Dormitory Judiciary Board or Mr. Frank Mccourt, Director of Housing. There were six judicial meetings held this year as compared to approximately one every week last year. There were nine violations handled by the Board this year. There were 3 violations of Quiet Hours, 1 violation of Visitors Hours, 2 Fighting incidents, 2 incidents of throwing Snowballs, and 1 incident of Water Fighting. Last year the vio- lations and incidents were much the same but much greater in number. Last year there were 125 to 150 violations and incidents handled by the Ju- diciary and the Director of Housing. This year there were 40 violations and incidents that were handled l;>y Mr. McCourt. They were 16 violations of Quiet Hours, 4 incidents of Reckless Driving in the Dorm parking lot, 4 incidents of Misuse of Recriational Equipment, 1 incident of an Unauthorized Gun in the dorm, 1 incident of an . Unauthorized TV Hook-up, 1 incident of Fighting, 2 incidents of Breaking of Doors and Windows in the dorm, and 1 incident of Damaging a Mailbox.
